Analysis - the key to sustainable solutions

With our agile way of working and mindset, we always combine our teams according to the existing project requirements. Human-centred design, interdisciplinary collaboration and an iterative development approach are just three of the key aspects that characterise our way of working. In our work, we always strive for a holistic understanding of the problem in order to recognise the possibilities for finding a solution. This holistic view includes the three-pillar model, which consists of economy, ecology and society. Specifically, this means that we ask ourselves the questions ‘Is it desirable? Is it feasible? Is it profitable, is it sustainable?’ in every development process. These basic questions serve as a common thread in co-creative workshops, together with the client and, if necessary, with external specialists.

In our analysis process, we take into account

  • The needs of the users, their ‘jobs to be done’ and all relevant stakeholders
  • The context and the system with its effects and dependencies in which the product/service operates
  • The triple bottom line concept with the triad of ecological, social and economic responsibility of a company

Our methodological tools:

  • Agile working methods based on design thinking and lean startup methods
  • Mindset and methodological toolbox of design and systems thinking with all its tools and procedures
  • Selection of methods and team composition according to the project requirements

The result of the analysis phase:

  • A product/service vision with the identified requirements within the ecological, social and economic levels.

Customer benefits in the analysis phase:

  • The formulation of a clearly articulated problem and how to solve it.
