3.5 Data retention period

We save the data that are stored during your visit to our website at regular intervals. This does not include analytical or tracking data. These can be retained for longer periods.

Due to legal regulations, we retain contractual data for longer periods. However, we can extend this deadline under certain circumstances, such as due to a high volume of inquiries or for legal or technical reasons, or if we require further information from you. You can request the erasure or correction of your data at any time. We can reject such applications in situations where we are legally required to retain the data for a longer or unchanged period, or if the application is blocked by a permit.

4. Individual data processing operations

4.1 Provision of the website and creation of log files

Information we receive and how we use it

4.3 Google Ads Remarketing

Our website uses Google Inc.’s remarketing feature to display interest-based ads to visitors within the Google advertising network. 4.4 Google Ads Conversion Tracking

MailChimp offers extensive analysis options to track how the newsletters we send out are opened and used. These analyses are aggregated, and are not used by us for individual evaluation.

The data saved by MailChimp will be erased as soon as you unsubscribe from our newsletter. This does not affect data that we have stored for other purposes.

4.7 Meta Ads

4.9 TikTok Pixel

We use the TikTok Pixel on our website. This is an analytics tool provided by TikTok Pte. Ltd., 1 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089109, Singapore (“TikTok”). Thanks to the TikTok Pixel, we can measure and track how users behave when they are redirected to our website via a TikTok ad. 4.14 Google Fonts API

In order for content to be delivered to your browser more quickly and efficiently, thus reducing the time required to load our website, data such as your IP address, information about the browser you are using, your operating system and the duration of your visit are transmitted to jsDelivr servers when jsDelivr accesses our website.

This data is used by jsDelivr to ensure delivery of the content. A statistical analysis of the use of their service is also collected. However, these data are kept separate from other data sources and are not used for advertising purposes.

The use of jsDelivr allows us to optimize the performance of our website. This data processing is justified based on our legitimate interest making our website available efficiently and securely.

4.16 Google Maps

On our website, we use Google Maps, a mapping service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). Thanks to Google Maps, we can incorporate interactive maps directly into our website. 4.17 YouTube

When you watch these videos or click the Play button, data are transferred to Google servers and stored on them. This includes your IP address and information about the browser you are using.
