Outside of work as well, we want to be able to focus on our colleagues as people and our sense of togetherness. And what better way to do that than with joint events and parties.
In a relaxed atmosphere, the employees enjoyed a fun evening with a tasty aperitif and a delicious buffet that left nothing to be desired - there was something for everyone. It was a successful evening for a cozy get-together.
Every January, we invite our employees to the New Year's Apéro. We start the event with inspiring looks back and exciting outlooks for the coming year, followed by a cozy gathering with delicious refreshments and stimulating conversations among colleagues.
On the last working day before the Christmas holidays, we gathered for our traditional end-of-year get-together. In a relaxed atmosphere, we took a stroll down memory lane to reflect on the year and got into the holiday spirit.
A highlight was the annual Christmas gift raffle! Under the decorated Christmas tree, we distributed gifts from our suppliers and business partners and raffled them off to our employees. The anticipation and joy over the presents were immense.
This year, our team event took place under the theme "Manser on a Mission"! Our employees experienced a day full of exciting challenges and shared adventures. The perseverance was exceptional: until the end, everyone enthusiastically puzzled, riddled, and fought. Finally, the treasure chest filled with many regional delicacies had to be cracked. And then, everyone quickly agreed: "That was an amazing day for us."
The annual July grill gathering, where we not only welcome our employees but also invite our esteemed retirees. Under the shining sun and with well-catered food, the staff gathered for a cozy afternoon.
There was delicious food and a lot of fun at this year's annual celebration. Entertainer Tom Davis showed the best entertainment with his program and moved the employees to tears of laughter.
We celebrated our 50th anniversary with a number of events in 2022. The anniversary year concluded on Friday, December 16th: on a Happy Day, the entire workforce of around 100 employees was at the center of the celebrations. Everyone was allowed to make a personal wish in advance, which was fulfilled as part of the Happy Day. For once we weren't applauded for our 50th anniversary, but rather our employees were given gifts.
On this occasion, we invited the acceptance, their families and friends to a "Family Day". On a trail, visitors could get exciting information about the Manser company in a playful way. The little guests were able to have fun on the bouncy castle, while the older ones tried their luck in the lottery. A large selection of food, in the form of food trucks, also invited people to get together in comfort and encouraged exchange. At the end of the day we looked back on a successful event with around 500 visitors.
An event of a special kind; 14 teams started after noon for the "Manser Challenge". The aim was to complete a course with many different challenges and to collect as many points as possible. Tactics and an excellent team spirit were used to fight for victory, but fun was not neglected.
The special event was concluded with a fine dinner in a convivial atmosphere.
