4 years of apprenticeship

You get to the heart of technology! As a polymechanic, you program and manufacture precision workpieces on CNC machines according to design drawings. Conventional milling and turning machines are also part of your everyday work. Your work doesn't end with the finished part, you also check the quality down to the last detail.

#2 Production Mechanic EFZ -
3 years of apprenticeship

As a production mechanic, you will manufacture precision workpieces using modern CNC-controlled machines that you set up, monitor, and operate yourself. Milling, turning, drilling? You name it! You will ensure that everything runs smoothly, from preparation and production to quality control.
