"I am now in my 4th year of apprenticeship and can look back on an exciting time. The vocational trainer supports me every day and accompanies me through the apprenticeship. As a 4th year apprentice, I can pass on my knowledge to the younger ones and help them with problems. This always gives me great pleasure. I am very well prepared for my future working life, as I have built up good specialist knowledge. I particularly appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the mutual understanding. I also always find the staff events cool."
