More efficient assembly procedures

After moving our production machines to our Kesselbach plant, we were able to analyze our assembly procedures and make them more efficient.

Go back

We took the opportunity of moving our machinery to our Kesselbach plant to analyze all our assembly procedures and make them more efficient. For example, we optimized our logistics processes, improved our flow of goods and redesigned a variety of workstations. New storage equipment has been introduced to make our procedures more efficient, and we have simplified our warehouse intake and removal processes.

  • Ergonomic assembly workstations with lean management approach
  • Kanban for assembly
  • One-piece-flow assembly
  • Assembly of modules or entire plants
  • Manufacturing and assembly from prototype to series production
  • Professional assembly including final inspection and functional tests
  • Packaging ready to sell
  • Expertise in adhesive and joining technology
  • Assembly of complex mechatronic modules
  • More space for large modules or entire plants
